Olani Lilly, Founder of Changemakers Community Economic Development, has over 25 years of dedicated experience leading initiatives within the Native Hawaiian community and in educational settings. Driven by a commitment to empowering communities through financial growth, Olani brings a collaborative, data-informed approach to fund development and project management.
Olani’s achievements include raising over $4.3 million in grants for Hawai‘i County and creating successful programs like Eve-conomics, a financial training initiative for women in rural areas. She has managed multimillion-dollar budgets and facilitated the launch of culturally grounded programs and facilities, including one of Hawai‘i's first USGBC Platinum Certified educational campuses. Through her leadership, Olani has increased organizational visibility, optimized project operations, and spearheaded strategic partnerships that fuel long-term sustainability.
With a Master’s in Public Administration and a recent Professional Fundraiser Certificate from Boston University, Olani embodies a commitment to innovative, community-focused growth.
