Jennifer Boyette serves as the Communications Director at ChangeMakers Hawaiʻi, where she brings clarity, consistency, and heart to the organization’s storytelling, outreach, and impact reporting. In addition to leading communications strategy, Jenny oversees ANA grant compliance and data systems, ensuring that community voices and outcomes are accurately reflected and powerfully shared.

With a strong foundation in both business and service, Jenny brings over two decades of experience in technology, design, and systems management. Her expertise spans Microsoft and Apple platforms, Adobe design tools, and a range of digital communications platforms—tools she wields with both precision and purpose to advance ChangeMakers’ mission.

Jenny earned her Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University in 2017 and previously supported operations and financial education at Hawai‘i State Federal Credit Union. As a trained Financial Ambassador, she helped individuals build confidence and control over their finances—an early expression of the values she now uplifts through her work at ChangeMakers.

Jenny has also served in Nursing Administration at Hilo Medical Center and as a Production Technician and Director at KGMB-TV in Honolulu. Across every chapter of her career, she’s been driven by one common thread: a deep desire to serve people with integrity, care, and excellence.
