ChangeMakers is ready to make a bold move by inviting skilled, talented, and community-minded people to lend their expertise in a BOLD way to create BOLD change.
Our community development focus is on community facility development and financial support. Organizations in our community provide valuable substance abuse treatment, innovative community programs, youth development services, and food for the hungry. Many organizations struggle to raise program and facility funds. Each organization competes against another, making the same missteps along the way while spending significant amounts of money on fundraising and design consultants.
Team Changebuilders is a one-stop shop of professionals focused on creating a cost-efficient, community-based project staff that will leverage the skills and funds of these hardworking community organizations.
With an ambitious program goal, we are bringing together a team of highly motivated, talented, passionate people who want to serve their community through their gifts and talents. Team ChangeBuilders will include persons with the following skills: architect, engineering, finance, and fund development.
Once our team comes together we will develop the program, processes while gathering other partners and resources.
TEAM ChangeBuilder Roles are the following:
Architect: Develop and pilot community-informed design process. Create menu options for plan development. Develop and pilot architectural plans development process to be fully permitted,
Civil & Electrical Engineering: Develop and pilot community-informed design process. Create menu options for plan development. Develop and pilot architectural plans development process to be fully permitted,
Fund Development Professional: Develop a fundraising plan and process to assist project raise funds for design and construction. Create a fund development program for both annual and capital campaigns. Assist with developing marketing and communications for ChangeMakers and community projects.
Financial Development: Develop and pilot a menu of financial options including grants, loans, in-kind support, government development incentives, individual and corporate donations. Develop and pilot a needs review process and best financial options including organizational capacity development.
Real Estate Agent: Develop a system to identify properties with the appropriate project zoning, landowners, and any federal, state, or county benefit zones.
