Ben Kiblinger is the Director of Technology at ChangeMakers Hawaiʻi, where he architects and operationalizes the digital and physical infrastructure that powers the organization’s workforce development initiatives. He develops resource access and educational engines for community economic growth, inclusive of AI literacy.
A strategic leader with over 25 years of experience in digital architecture and performance scaling, Ben brings a unique blend of systemic efficiency and human-centered innovation to the team. He focuses on unified data, security, performance systems, and growth. For Ben, technology is not just about code — it is a tool for sustainability and creating financially measurable community impact.
Ben’s professional history demonstrates his ability to scale missions and markets alike. He has contributed to 17 successful exits and IPOs. His track record includes generating between $1.5M and $2M in annual net proceeds for UNICEF USA and playing an instrumental role in scaling GoToMyPC, which eventually led to a $230M acquisition by Citrix. At ChangeMakers, he applies this high-level expertise to local challenges, such as developing the Hilo Data Center strategy to expand regional infrastructure capacity.
Prior to joining the ChangeMakers team, Ben served in a Vice President role at NOVICA, leveraging technology platforms to set new records for growth for the global fair-trade marketplace supporting artisans in developing countries. Before becoming a technologist, he earned his B.A. in Law & Society from the University of California, Santa Barbara. An active member of the community, Ben has served as a youth soccer coach and is a competitive outrigger canoe racer, competing in the World Sprints hosted in Hawaiʻi.
