Blossom Uʻilani Evans is the Programs Director at Changemakers Hawaiʻi. She is responsible for the Boston University fundraising courses and working with attendees to answer questions and help keep them on track.

In addition to working with Changemakers, Uʻi is an Educator/Auditor with the Weatherization Assistance Program at Hawaiʻi County Economic Opportunity Council in Hilo where she creates communication tools to promote the program, compiles reports on the programs and does in-home visits, intake and nurtures client relationships.

Uʻi has been working with the Hawaiʻi County Economic Opportunity Council in various administrative roles since 2016. Prior to that Uʻi worked with two public charter schools in Hilo.
